When Angelos arrives in the Robinson household in North West England, each member of the family secretly falls for his charms. The family unit begins to disintegrate and each of them must re-assess what and whom is most important to them. Fantasy and desire give respite from everyday life but how long will this plan hold for each of them, and should their lives change as a result of their dreams? Lust, ambition, romance and parental responsibility combine in a drama of bubbling family tensions told from each character’s discrete point of view. Reached the final shortlist in Italy Sundance Screenwriters Workshop 2015 SOUNDS LIKE HER

Sound links their lives but the narrative connection is left open. Perhaps they are the same person at different ages, perhaps they are related or they could be strangers, connected only by being human and female. SOUNDS LIKE HER was commissioned by Arts Council England. Festival Screenings:

LADIES
Short Film. Comedy.
A film about a woman who really needs the toilet. Once settled in a public convenience, she surveys the graffiti and pictures the stories behind the words: a cat fight in a park; a romance on a beach; and, under several layers of paint, a long-haired love-scene from the ’70’s.
LADIES was shortlisted for BBC Choice Talent awards.
